Delaware Health and Wellness Center (DHWC)
This is a state of the art health facility focusing on patients with arthritis and chronic lung disease. The center is geared to serve the wellness needs of individuals and groups.
At the DHWC we offer a unique array of services and holistic care encompassing personalized fitness, individualized nutrition counseling, massage and a pulmonary rehabilitation program.
All Center caregivers are certified and licensed professionals with Sheerin Javed MD and Hummayun Ismail MD as coordinators of DHWC. All services are competitively priced without compromising quality.

fitness bikes, elliptical trainers, locker rooms and pool lounge
Group Activities: Walking groups, balance and back strengthening
classes, weight loss program, nutrition & medical seminars, wellness
